- The reservation of our accommodations exclusively takes place over the residence Sonnenhang.
- Contracting parties are in principle guest and owner of the accommodation.
The residence Sonnenhang arises only as a mediator and on behalf the owner. Correspondence, reservations and payments are to be completed exclusive over the residence Sonnenhang. - With the forwarding of the reservation confirmation a duly contract is entered. 14 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation a pre-payment is due at a value of 50% of the total amount, whose entrance is confirmed in writing by us. The remainder is due 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations or travel resignations are principle possible, require however the informal written explanation (post office, fax or email). The cancellation is valid starting from the post office date of receipt.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
6 days prior arrival: 80 % of the whole amount
1 – 2 weeks prior arrival: 75 % of the whole amount
2 – 4 weeks prior arrival: 50 % of the whole amount
That depends for the days, on which the accommodation could not be rented otherwise. In each case a handling charge of 10% of the amount will be charged. - The booked accommodation is not available before 2:00 p.m.on the arrival day and on the departure day until 10:00 a.m. In order to co-ordinate the arrival time, we ask you for a short telephone call under the number specified on the reservation. We also ask you to hold your documents of identification passports or …for all staying persons. We ask you to hold ready with the journey documents of identification or passports of all persons who can be accommodated.
- The guest commits itself to treat the inventory careful and hand over the accommodation completely by departure. For developed damage to the renting thing, which was caused by the guest, a liability insurance of the guest is usually responsible also as for all accompanying persons. If no liability insurance exists, the guest is responsible personally for the developed damage. The damage has to be announced immediately to the residence Sonnenhang. For possible damage a bail at a value of € 100.00 is to be deposited on the arrival day. The bail is returned on the departure day in full height, if with the final inspection a normal condition of the object is determined.
- Existing damage or bad states are to be announced within 24 hours after the assumption of the vacation home, so that these can be repaired on fastest way. Regarding cleanliness lacking we ask for immediate notification.
- The inefficacy of individual points does not entail automatically the inefficacy of the entire contractual conditions.
- Travel insurance! We recommend with the reservation of your accommodation the security to you by a travel insurance. Gladly our agency is to you for information at the disposal.
